Update as on 10/02/2020 - Supreme court of india has stated to not to interfere with the order passed by the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, Jodhpur. However, they only stay that part of the order which has extended the deadline for submitting the returns.


Hence now gstr 9 / 9C can be filled without late fees by 12 02 2020.
